Kip­choge & the Gin­ger Nin­jas new album “The Golden Bub­ble” is now avail­able for down­load. LISTEN SHARE PURCHASE

I had the plea­sure of record­ing Kip­choge & the Nin­jas again and this time with the help of the tal­ented and right­eous pro­ducer Ted Reich­man.
The basic tracks were recorded at Sta­tion to Sta­tion and Sun­Sound Stu­dios here is Grass Val­ley. We recorded basics and over­dubs in about two weeks,
then Ted fin­ished the remain­der of the pro­duc­tion work on the East coast. As always it was a lot of fun to work with Kip­choge & the Gin­ger Nin­jas and an honor to work with Ted.

By the by, Kip­choge & the Gin­ger Nin­jas are on tour in Europe for the whole sum­mer and fall. Check out the sched­ule at www.pleasantrevolution.net

Perry Mills Project - No GMO showPerry Mills, Mark McCart­ney & Mike Kelly have returned to Sun­Sound Stu­dios to record some new mate­r­ial for their new demo & to pre-produce tracks for their next album.

This amaz­ingly tight trio has pre­pared a fan­tas­tic new set of funky, jazzy, rockin’, groovin’ tunes.  Both Perry and Mike con­tribut­ing com­po­si­tions and singing on tracks, with Mark, drum­mer extror­di­naire, dri­ving the amaz­ing rhythms.

We are stoked at Sun­Sound to be work­ing with these fan­tas­tic musi­cians again! We will have sound clips on their page very soon!
